Mr. & Mrs. -- St. Augustine Where to Eat + Stay + Play

January 28, 2014

this month craig and i had the pleasure of working in st. augustine, fl. exploring the oldest city in the country was so inspiring.

we recommend staying at hilton historic bay front hotel

our favorite grub spots were: the croissants at The Bunnery Bakery for breakfast, the incredibly amazing empanadas at The Spanish Bakery for lunch or snack,  (i know what your thinking...lots of bread, but thanks to these i was able to enjoy these foods despite my gluten and dairy allergy) for dinner we loved the sesame tuna sandwich at A1A Aleworks, and Raintree Restaurant is also no fail.

the best way to explore the historic downtown is by foot or bike. we also explored the trails at Anastasia State Park, spellbound by the spanish moss handing from twisted oaks.

walking along the beach at Anastasia State Park was the perfect way to spend the last day of our visit.
